Specially-trained nurses help determine the needs of the individuals and their family. They will help them navigate the often-complicated human service and healthcare systems.

to Pennsylvania residents

Services are offered to persons living in every county throughout Pennsylvania – urban, suburban, and even the most remote rural areas.

in the person's home environment

Nurses will meet with the person and their family in their own home or anywhere support and advocacy services are needed.

without discrimination

Our services are offered regardless of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin or ancestry.

at NO CHARGE

Because of the hard work and dedication of the members of the Elks Lodges throughout Pennsylvania, as well as generous contributions from foundations and corporations, we can offer all of our services free of charge.
